[babel-dev] Bugzilla keywords, and BugDay

Bugzilla has two keywords to foster community outread: helpwanted and bugday

Adding helpwanted is an indicator that the core team does not intend on investing time into the issue, and that community contributions are sought.

bugday is a great way to drive new contributions to projects. The idea here is that small, trivial and easy bugs (typos, one-liners, small features, etc) are marked as 'bugday' with an some instructions as to how one would go about fixing the bug (the name of the file(s) in CVS, for instance). Although trivial bugs are easy to fix by the core developers, they also provide a low barrier to entry for a contribution.

I've marked http://bugs.eclipse.org/221181 as bugday, as it shouldn't be too hard to implement.
