[babel-dev] Bugzilla 'watching'

As discussed on our call, there is a feature in Bugzilla that enables us 
to 'watch' Bugzilla activity for our project.  This is practically 
essential in order to stay on top of things.


If you're logged into Bugzilla, simply go to this URL:

    https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/userprefs.cgi?tab=email

And in the field 'Add users to my watch list (comma separated list): ' 
add this:

    babel.core-inbox@xxxxxxxxxxx,babel.server-inbox@xxxxxxxxxxx


Likewise, if you change the assignment of a bug, it's good practice to 
add the original babel.xxxxx-inbox@xxxxxxxxxxx as a CC so that the 
entire team can view/monitor progress.
