Gabe,

I've rolled out R_0_200802041505 including the database changes.  All 
seems well.

I also fixed a bug in the maps processor that prevented it from running 
headless (without an authenticated user).  I committed the change, and 
it will be live in the next run.  In the interim, I'm running the maps 
processor manually (logged in) as the CDT team defined a map file.
