I wouldn't recommend a pointcut that has no 'kind' to it (you are
going to hit a lot of joinpoints), but maybe it is what you meant...
Anyway, you probably need to use cflow().
&& !within(Context) && !withincode(Simple.new()) && !cflow(adviceexecution());
