Your original post concerning writing enforcement aspect _does_ belong in aspectj-users but I have nothing particular to add to the contributions of the other posters. AspectJ declare warning/error needs join points and so it can be used to write rules about the structure of you code. Many rules concerning naming conventions do not involve a join point. In this case you have stepped outside of the remit and hence capability of AspectJ and you may be better of using a more appropriate tool.
