I tried.  But then I wasn't sure how to package everything.  And, when
you add the request to JIRA, you need to have a url where it can be found.
I have no such url.  And the one on the eclipse.org/aspectj/ site is that
enormous aspectj1.2.jar which actually contains both jars and the docs.

So I wasn't really sure what to do with this.  If you have any ideas let
me know.  I've got the license.txt, jars, and project.xml.
