I would love to do that, the github mirror thing that exists is very unfriendly and makes processing pull requests almost impossibly difficult. However, all those that do exist need handling/cleaning up before the project can be migrated over properly to github or they will be lost. I have spoken to the webmaster at eclipse about it and he can help do the actual migration, but it needs some dedicated time to do all the other processing. It is on the list to tackle.
