In place of sending out a UI document for others to comment on, I've started some bugzilla reports. The goal of these is to provide a place for others to comment on. If you're interested please add yourself as a Cc on the reports. I've attached the initial UI mockups to this message, as well as to the bugzilla reports. I'm using AJDT as example, but for the discussions we should keep in mind that this crosscutting structure will at some point need to be exposed in other IDEs and tools.
