[aspectj-dev] resource copying in 1.1.1

When I discussed this with Mik we concluded that ajc should behave like
javac with does not copy resources. The two bugs fixed in 1.1.1, 36071 and
40943, address copying resources in Eclipse (like JDT) and binary weaving
respectively.
