Aperi community, 
We are going to cancel the Thursday
Jan 25th conference call.  The only item on the agenda was to get
an update on the SNW event, which we will cover in this note. The Eclipse
Foundation has approved the sponsorship package agreement,
which has been posted at the project wiki.      

We have 5 companies that are resolving
their funding commitments, so it looks like we are able to proceed with
this event.  The Sponsorship agreement needs to be signed and submitted
to the Eclipse Foundation by Feb 12th, so Eclipse can process the SNW contract
before the SNW Booth assignment meeting on Feb 15.

Our February meetings will be scheduled
for the 8th and 22nd at 5pm ET/2pm PT. An invite is forthcoming and the
agenda will be posted to the wiki before the calls.

Candidate items for Feb 8th agenda:

• Next steps on SNW event
• Update on SNIA Alliance
• Review and provide feedback on updated materials for recruiting new members
