WHAT: Release of the first testing and demo software for
desktop/mobile systems using the new DASH industry standard - called
DesktopIM.

WHY: Accelerate the development and deployment of desktop/mobile
systems management solutions. DesktopIM is built on popular open
source infrastructure like Quartz, Spring, Struts, and MYSQL and thus,

DASH INDUSTRY STANDARD: Go to www.DMTF.org for details on DASH and
related interoperability programs. Get involved in the Systems

standard/initiative.
