Hey all, 

I have checked in copyright headers
for all the new files we recently added in org.eclipse.aperi.reporting
(*,js, *.jsp, *.html. *.xml. *.java).
I also updated the splashscreen, about
image and text, and icon images in both org.eclipse.aperi.reporting and
org.eclipse.rcp.gui.
