Initially, the only reasons I could think of is that we
reorganized the website when we converted to the new Eclipse convention using a
PHP-based web site and dropped that directory in the process, but upon further
investigation there was simply a typo in the document. These are the correct URLs:
I just tested both. I believe
for the POC we combined the Schemas and WSDL to deal with a Namespace
issue. I'll submit a bug to update the document you reference to point to
the right (an latest) file.
