[alf-dev] Kevin Parker to be recommended to Eclipse PMC for commit rights on ALF project

I'm pleased to say that following a unanimous vote from the ALF committers, I am now able to go ahead and recommend Kevin Parker to the Eclipse Technology PMC as a new committer on the ALF project. On the assumption that PMC endorse our recommendation, let me be the first to welcome Kevin to the core ALF team.
