[alf-dev] Committer Status for Kevin Parker

I would like to nominate Kevin Parker as committer for the ALF project.

Kevin has been instrumental in evangelizing and promoting the ALF project to the community.  Kevin has helped organize the information so that we can clearly articulate the goals of this project.   Kevin has been kind enough to offer his time to manage the ALF web site.
