Yes AJDT 1.4.1 works with 3.2.1 only. AJDT 1.4.2 will be released for Eclipse 3.2.2 (probably around the same time as AJDT 1.5) - there is currently a development build of 1.4.2 available.

AJDT 1.4 depends on some internal API which changed between Eclipse 3.2.1 and 3.2.2.

Are there any plans to patch AJDT 1.4 so that it will work on Eclipse 3.2.2?
 
What things break when using AJDT 1.4 on Eclipse 3.2.2 instead of 3.2.1?
