[actf-dev] 0.5 SDKs are now available

Hi all,

ACTF Visualization SDK and ACTF Alternative Interface SDK are now 
available from ACTF Downloads page 
(http://www.eclipse.org/actf/downloads/index.php).

We also updated exemplary tools aDesigner/aiBrowser by building them on 
top of 0.5 release version SDKs.

I'm now working with Mike to prepare update-site for Validation SDKs, and 
will publish it soon.
(Validation SDKs are already available as zip file.)
