[actf-dev] Plugin structure changed

Hi all,
For the preparation of the 0.1 release, we had changed the ACTF plugin
structure.
org.eclipse.actf.common plugin was removed and its components were merged
into org.eclipse.actf.core and org.eclipse.actf.ui.
Please remove org.eclipse.actf.common from your workspace, and checkout
two plugins (actf.core and actf.ui) if you don't have them yet.
I also updated the Team Project Set file (*.psf) to build the
aDesigner/aiBrowser.
