The Add* Build Path operations result in two stacked dialogs.

The alternative is to use a dialog with embeedded progress. Platform/UI only
provides this for wizards, but not for normal dialogs. Refactorings has a hand
made one. However a wizard seems a little bit to heavy weight here. Opened a
request for such a dialog in Platform/UI.

No immediate action planned for 3.1
