I would like to see a line wrapping option where the manual line breaks where
not touched at all. Or as an alternative it should be possible to switch off the
line wrapping behavior which depends on the line width at all. 
At the moment you can select the option 'no wrapping' but this will also unwrapp
your manual line breaks.

Ownership has changed for the formatter, but I surely will not have enough time to fix your bug during the 3.5 development process, hence set its priority to P5.
Please provide a patch if you definitely need the bug to be fixed in this version and I'll have a look at it...
