If you change the filters active in the package explorer before installing AJDT,
the filter for .aj resources doesn't become active when AJDT is installed. This
results in two entries in the package explorer for each .aj file. There should
be a dialog which is displayed when this occurs, explaining how to fix it, but
this isn't appearing currently.
