When running in Windows XP High Contrast the Import plug-ins and fragments
wizard is cut off (both pages).

To set up High Contrast select the High Contrast settings in Control Panel ->
Accessibility Options -> Display. We test at 1152x768 resolution.

we wrap those buttons now in a scrolledcomposite so they wont be cut off.
