I have written a Cactus Run-On-Server function
(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=90003) that uses the JUnit
ILaunchConfigurationType to do the heavy lifting. In order to accurately set
attributes in the launcher, I need to use the constants defined in
JUnitBaseLaunchConfiguration which are in an internal package. It would be nice
if there was a legitimate public API for doing this so external packages could
better use the JUnit launch code, either by putting those constants in a public
API, or having some other public way for setting those values.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
