It seems that starting somewhere in the 3.1 releases that the copy/paste actions
using the keyboard (either with CTRL-C/CTRL-V or CTRL-INS/SHIFT-INS) doesn't
work anymore in the form editors (plugin.xml editor and others).
Copy/Paste works when using the pop-up menu with right-mouse click.
The problem occurs in 3.1M6 and 3.1M7, not sure about previous releases.
Keyboard copy/paste works well in Eclipse 3.0.x
