Over the last few days, I have a couple of incidents when a full build (or at 
least a large build) has been triggered by a CVS operation (either a 
synchronize or a commit). Neither of these operations modify local resources 
so they shouldn't trigger a Java build at all. They do modify the Core 
Resources syncronizer and the CVS meta data files so deltas and builds will be 
triggered but the content should not be of interest. I leave my Eclipse 
sunning over night and it has happened each of the last two mornings.
