We should add simple syntax rules to make these source pages more polished. 
Right now they look unfinished. As an example, see plugin.properties - we can 
apply the same rules to build.properties. MANIFEST.MF has more structure for 
the header values, so we can help there too.

the build.properties source page is now done.  For consistency, the syntax 
highlighting preferences are the same as those for JDT's properties editor.

the manifest.mf source page is next on the list.
