Features are sometimes used to setup and list a number of root files for the 
build process.  These are the root= and root.os.ws.arch= entries that you see 
in say the launchers feature.

The Build page of the features editor does not include any support for defining 
these entries.  I'm not sure what the support would look like but thought I 
would enter this report and see what y'all think...

No one has shown any interest in fixing this for several years.  Closing as WONTFIX.  Please reopen if you are interested in contributing a fix.
