Description Nick Edgar CLA 2005-05-06 09:51:47 EDT
build N20050505

- made a change to a field initializer
- it could not load it into the running target, but I chose to continue
- hit a breakpoint in the same class
- the top 4 stack frames were from this class, and all had the red X decorator
- I initially thought this mean that my change introduced a compilation error.
I had to check to see that there were no red Xs in the editor.

It would be better to have a decoration that more closely conveys "out of sync"
and does not reuse the design for errors. Maybe just a question mark or something.

Deferred for post 3.1 consideration (not critical, as we've had the same
overlay since the first days of hotswap in Eclipse).

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
Please reopen this bug if it is still valid for you.
