Create a new Plugin Project 
Use the multipage Editor Template
Calculate unused Dependcies -> Shows "org.eclipse.jface.text"
Remove the dependency
Project won't compile anymore?!?!

the Unused dependencies is correct.  The compilation error is due to bug 73957.
