The new externalization facility of the wizard is buggy: It chokes on invalid
key names even for those keys which have the state "ignore" or "internalize" and
prevents finishing the externalization procedure.

Reproduction: 
-Choose a file with at least one string for externalization.
-Remove the common prefix(!)
-Select all strings and choose either "Ignore" or "Internalize"

The dialog shows "Some keys are invalid", the "Finish" button is disabled.
