The Java editor and Aspectj editor ruler context menus should match.  We had 
to re-define the actions in our plugin.xml for the AspectJ editor due to a 
breakpoint problem.  Since the Java editor ruler context menus differ slightly 
between 3.0 and 3.1 and we only have one plugin.xml for both our 3.0 and 3.1 
versions of AJDT, our 3.1 version is incorrect.
