In the packages view select a package (any package)
Copy the pacakge & pick a target location
When the progress dialog first opens up you will briefly see
the name of a message id show up (looks like it is 
operation.copyResourceProgress) instead of the actual message.

(Don't blink ... you might miss it go buy).

* I was using stable 20020125  (apologies for not including)

* I tried to get a screen snap showing the missing message but no luck.

moving to jcore - i suspect that it is a dup of bug#8078

This was a duplicate of 8078. It is fixed in latest.
