Hello,

I am not sure whether this bug was in 3.0 but I got it in 3.1M5a. When code
assist opens mebers list it's often closed right away, because eclipse changes
position in the currently editing java file. And I need to reopen it (sometimes
it will be closed here as well).

This happens 100% in java files with inner folded classes, comments, members.

Get rid of deprecated state.
