Right now one can create a working set with no name (it shows within the list 
as a selectable blank) and/or nothing selected -- that makes absolutely no 
sense at all!

It should be disabled when one has not entered a valid name (at least one non-
WS character -- or only letters/digits).

It should be disabled when one has not selected a resource.

The button should be disabled by default.

OK, but the problem was in all the builds up present one ...
