According to the TVT testcases, you should be able to:
Enter a double quote in the name field.
then, Verify the error message under the title is translated.

Entering a " in the Name field of a New project throws no error.

Neither does a new project with 150 characters or 210 characters.

Are these testcases invalid?

I was able to see the error message when a double quote is entered as project name. Didn't see an error for project names with 150 or 210 characters.

Oleg, just wondering, should we do a check for project names that are too long?

Thanks,
Vivian
