I add the AJDT nature to an existing Java project, and open its properties from
the Package explorer view.

Then I see the Java Build Path page appears twice.
I use Eclipse 3.0.1 and Java 1.5

I have seen this happen before, but not recently. I'm therefore going to assume
it is fixed in AJDT 1.2 onwards. If you see it again with those AJDT versions,
please  reopen.
