A declaration view to show the source of an element.

Is there a current workaround to get the declaration to display in another pane?

split editor area in half and you can have 2 editors one of them showing declaration and another something else. If it is same file you need to right click on it and select New Editor

That can work in a pinch, but certainly not as helpful as a Declaration view would be.  Seems like it would just be a matter of getting the code from the hover window into the view?

It's probably not difficult to do, but still it needs time.
