First, I took the liberty of putting the right License, for the
new file GoToNextPreviousMemberAction.java.
Any code under the CDT/Eclipse must be under the EPL, CPL.
I do not think this is an issue, if it is please recontact me
by email ...

ChangeLog and NEWS file updated.

Please verify.
