I20050104-0800 + plug-in export for I20050111-0800

The "Collapse All" is normally a view button. It is now used as toggle in
Compiler > Errors/Warnings but the state is not correctly reflected, i.e. if I
manually open or close all items the state isn't adapted.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
