Description Andy CLA 2004-12-24 08:26:48 EST
As I read before, many developers told they have problem with jsp/xml/html -editors;
In my opinion, it could happen because conflict between different plugins. In my
example CDT (C++ pluging) disable many functions of the WTP editors, like syntax
coloring, code assistant, folding and many others.

Eclipse 3.1M4, WTP 1.0M2, CDT 2.1

But the WTP itself is really not bad :)

As far as we can tell, this is entirely a CDT "bad behavior" bug.
We'll see if/when they respond to bugs already entered against them.

We're also pursuing changes to mitigate the damage that can be done by current
CDT and future badly-behaved plugins.
Comment 3 David Williams CLA 2005-01-07 13:16:44 EST
Its my understanding this conflict has been fixed as of the I20050106 build.

We tested in our development environments, but would appreciate verification
from regular CDT users who may be following this bug.

Marking as verified as I know this issue is fixed (or correctly categorized).
If, as originator, you disagree or still see, please re-open, or open a new bug.

Thanks very much for reporting and helping make WTP better.
Comment 6 John Lanuti CLA 2006-11-28 15:40:51 EST
This is part of a mass update to close out all stale WTP defects already verified by the reporter but awaiting closure by the assignee. If you feel this defect was closed inappropriately, please reopen.

Thanks, John Lanuti
