Currently there are error parsers which parses output from GNU's compiler, make 
file, assembler. 

There are no parsers with respect to HP's aCC, assembler , make & linker.

Patch for HPUX specific Error Parser

To be applied in HEAD. 

Is it possible to apply these changes in CDT 2.0.2 ?

These days we are separating out support for different compilers into their own features (e.g. what I did for the IBM XL C/C++ compilers).  If someone wanted to update this patch we could see about including it as a separate download.  I'm not sure how much demand there currently is though given that HP-UX is no longer supported as a runtime environment.
