The eclipse website is nicely simple.

Navigation is fine, too.

Problems [standard problems of frames]
* it is difficult to link to the site (as the navigation disappears).
* the browser did not show always the correct page adress.

Please remove the frameset and include the navigation into the pages.

I would suggest a simple CSS design.

We are currently looking into redesigning eclipse.org, and I don't think frames
are part of the redesign  ;)  It's on our to-do list.
