There is no way to copy a Java project in the packages view. You can copy a 
project in the Navigator. This is a functional gap.

this is a new navigator feature.
planning to simply forward the action to the platform - like we do in 'delete 
project'.

agreed, just forward, there is no Java specific semantics involved.
