Description Jeremy Nix CLA 2002-01-18 13:36:14 EST
Why is it that you have to import an entire project out of CVS? Under our
projects in CVS we may have source code and resources such as images, jsp's,
html, etc... If I'm trying to create a Web Application based on my project in
CVS, I'd want to import the source code into the "New Web App"/source folder,
while importing all resources under the "New Web App"/webApplication folder.
If I this is not possible, why not be able to import this project, then create
the new Web Application and be able to tie the source folder to the imported
projects source folder, and tie the webApplication folder to the imported
projects resources.

Jeremy,

Are you sure this is the right component? Based on your question, the more
appropriate component would be VCM in the Product project (they handle CVS and
other repositories).

you are correct. i was under the assumption that CVS was a component,
separated from the core. i apologize
