Currently there are four project property pages:

AspectJ
AspectJ Aspect Path
AspectJ Compiler
AspectJ InPath

The comment at the top of the AspectJ page is: "The following options affect 
the aspectj compiler". The options on the AspectJ page are:

Outjar
non standard compiler options
incremental building
create structure model
output weaving messages

It makes sense for the last three of these to be able to be set on a workspace 
level as well as on a project level. They should therefore be moved to the 
AspectJ compiler page (a new tab should be created for them) and 
the "compiler" comment removed from the AspectJ page.
