After installing 3.1M3 Rename refactoring stopped working.

It hangs in the RenameCompilationUnit dialog.
No errors in the log.
It happens even if I uncheck "Update References"

Please provide a VM snapshot when it happens (hit Ctrl+Pause in console window).
Also give sample while renaming to help us to reproduce, thx

It looks like the problem is not in Eclipse but in the MyEclipse plugin that I
installed together with the M3 build.

I created clean Eclipse installation without the MyEclipse plugins and
refactoring works like a charm.
Sorry for confusion.
