The monitor icons are pretty small and they aren't shown until the Thread is 
expanded. It's not obvious that the thread is involved in a deadlock. It would 
be nice if this could be shown w/o expanding the Thread
ie Thread [myThread] (Suspended - Deadlocked)

ah... Deadlocked threads are colored!
The color isn't displayed when I first pause the VM though. If I close the 
Debug view and reopen it, they are colored properly

We should consider having an IBM artist produce a "padlock" overlay for the 
threads which is more visible.

Released new deadlock overlay. Removed old padlock. Replaced owned 
monitor/contended monitor with new icons (key & hourglass). Still need to 
consider new overlay for "thread in contention" and "thread owning".

Released new artwork. The overlay for "owns monitor" needs a color adjustment 
as it is hard to see.
