We can get the AST upon reconcile. It would be nice if we could get the AST upon
becomeWorkingCopy as well since this is probably faster than requesting it
afterwards.

Actually, ICompilationUnit#becomeWorkingcopy(...) still doesn't return an AST.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
