Description Markus KARG CLA 2004-10-12 02:01:08 EDT
<pre> is a nice tag to have in javadoc comments (that ones starting with /**):
You can post preformatted information into your docs, e. g. file format and so
on. The autoformat processor (STRG-SHIFT-F) then does not touch the part inside
of the <pre> block. Unfortunately this is not exactly true: Autoformat inserts a
blank comment line below <pre> and before </pre> every time it runs. That means,
with every format run, there get more and more blank lines into the <pre> block.
