Using latest, the varargs is causing the formatter to fail.

Added two new options:
FORMATTER_INSERT_SPACE_AFTER_ELLIPSIS
FORMATTER_INSERT_SPACE_BEFORE_ELLIPSIS.

Fixed and released in HEAD.
Regression tests added.
